HOW TO BREAK IN A HOCKEY GOALIE GLOVE IN THREE STEPS
GLOVES ARE TOUGH!
Hockey goalie gloves can't be used properly until broken in.
But they're so tough and stiff. There's a few reasons for that. Most gloves are made from a variety of materials, but usually from hydrophobic synthetic leather and nylon on the outside and dense closed-cell foams and plastics inside.
Gloves are then assembled from separate pieces.
Add in the lacing and stitching and you have so many parts of a glove that need to be loosened and reshaped for effectiveness and comfort.
So how do you break in and reshape all the parts of a hockey goalie glove?
INTRODUCING GLOVE WRAP™
The innovative solution for breaking in your hockey goalie glove with ease, while forming the perfect pocket!
STEP 1: PLACE BALL IN GLOVE
Grab your hockey goalie glove and place a ball inside the pocket. Begin wrapping your Glove Wrap™ around the glove while holding it closed.
STEP 2: PULL TIGHT AS YOU WRAP AND TUCK IN
As you wrap while keeping the glove closed, pull your Glove Wrap™ firmly to create pressure around the glove. The more pressure, the better. When you get to the end of tightly wrapping your Glove Wrap™, simply tuck it into itself and the Glove Wrap™ should stick together in place.
STEP 3: LEAVE OVERNIGHT
Leave your fully wrapped glove in place overnight and let Glove Wrap™ do its trick. Unwrap it in the morning and enjoy the results. Repeat as desired.
