The Official Glove Wrap™ of MLB®

Gavin Batarse, the nine-year-old entrepreneur from Orange County, CA, created Glove Wrap™ in 2022, and he’s just partnered with Major League Baseball^® as the Official Glove Wrap™ of MLB^®.

You may recognize Gavin. He pitched his business on “Shark Tank”, alongside his dad (Jon) and sister (Morgan) in October 2023. He landed a deal with two “sharks” - Mark Cuban and guest Michael Rubin.

His innovative product, Glove Wrap™, easily breaks in and shapes baseball, softball and hockey goalie gloves.

“I’m so excited to partner with MLB,” says Gavin. “I love baseball, and it’s been so fun showing players Glove Wrap™, and then seeing videos of them using it. My five-year plan is for every player to use Glove Wrap™ and for it to be sold wherever you can buy a glove.”

His dream should be within reach as word is spreading about Glove Wrap™. Gavin’s business has grown a social media following to 350K followers and 100M views (@glovewrap), and his product is now available in some major retail stores like SCHEELS and Dick’s Sporting Goods, as well as other retail locations across the country, and at glovewrap.com.

“Millions of baseball, softball and hockey goalie gloves are sold every year, and every single one of them needs to be broken in. Gavin had a great idea, and as his dad I wanted to teach him and Morgan how to turn his great idea into reality. It’s been so fun teaching the kids all about business and seeing his invention help other players,” Jon states. “Gavin loves playing baseball more than anything. We were trying to find an effective and easy way to break in and shape his new baseball glove. After trying several traditional methods, Gavin came up with the idea for Glove Wrap™, a new solution that works like a charm.”
